Avenir Suisse: Schrittweise Erhöhung des Rentenalters
Die Denkfabrik Avenir Suisse fordert, das Rentenalter «schrittchenweise» an die Lebenserwartung der Pensionierten anzupassen. Damit würde das Rentenalter 67 im Jahr 2026 wirksam werden. Damit soll verhindert werden, dass die AHV das Schicksal der IV erleidet. In ihrer neuen Publikation «Die AHV - eine Vorsorge mit Alterungsblindheit» macht Avenir Suisse Vorschläge, wie die AHV gezielt an die demografische Entwicklung angepasst werden kann. Bei einer Anpassung auf 2011 würde das Rentenalter demnach gemäss Avenir Suisse auf 65 Jahre und 1,5 Monate steigen und im folgenden Jahr auf 65 Jahre und drei Monate. Gleichzeitig will Avenir Suisse auch das Bedürfnis nach einer Flexibilisierung des Rentenalters ernst nehmen. Hier schlägt sie vor, dass pro Jahrgang ein Renteneintrittsalter bestimmt werden soll, ab dem man Anrecht auf eine volle Rente hat. Lässt man sich vor diesem aufgrund der Lebenserwartung definierten Alter pensionieren, wird die Rente gekürzt, arbeitet man länger, steigt sie.
